Synopsis

H. Sanusi or better known as Babe Uci (95 years old), the founder of Perguruan Silat Pusaka Djakarta, He is the one and only of martial arts maestro that still exists today. He has been practicing Pencak Silat since 1948. Until now, it is estimated that H. Sanusi's students number around ten thousand people spread across several branches in JABODETABEK.

In 1967, H. Sanusi was involved as a Fighting Instructor in various feature film productions, there were at least 28 titles of action-drama films involving him, some of them: Jampang Mencari Naga Hitam, Apa Yang Kau Cari Palupi, Si Pitung 1 sampai 4, Si Bongkok, Laki-laki Pilihan, Perawan Buta, Sangkuriang, Tangkuban Perahu, Nyai Dasimah, Ateng Pendekar Aneh, Panji Tengkorak and others

In 2013, H. Sanusi received the "Cultural Award Artist Award" from the Governor of DKI Jakarta. And the most prestigious In 2014, H. Sanusi received an award as "Maestro of Traditional Arts in the Field of Pencak Silat" from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This award further confirmed H. Sanusi as a maestro and a Betawi Silat Champion who still exists today
